Log into your Max account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the original items with all tags attached back into their original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
